Rare Christmas Jazz WED on KBOO - in tribute to Homer Clark

Hello to my jazz friends,

 

This Wednesday, December 16, on KBOO-FM 90.7 from 2 to 4 p.m., we offer our annual Christmas Jazz and More show. Much good and non-run-of-the-mill stuff.  Some schtick.

 

Rebecca Kilgore and Tom Wakeling will be my guests to let you know of their upcoming Holiday Jazz show this Friday.

 

This year, we do this in tribute of Homer Clark, the first in Portland to do this annual yule jazz thing 35-plus-years ago, and on KBOO no less, with "Uncle Homer's Jazz Hole Cover."

 

Homer is having memory issues, but I'm sure a card would brighten his holiday. We understand visitors are welcome, too.
